Use of the service

Tailo provides AI-assisted CV tailoring. You may use the service for personal job-search purposes. You may not use Tailo to generate content intended to misrepresent your qualifications or experience.

Your content

You retain ownership of any CV or job description content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Tailo a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your tailored output. We do not claim any rights over your CV or the tailored output.

Payments and refunds

Single-run purchases ($2) are non-refundable once the tailoring has been delivered. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no further charges will be made after cancellation. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your tailored CV, contact us for a resolution.

Accuracy

Tailo is an AI tool. The tailored output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of hiring outcomes. Always review the output carefully before sending an application.

Limitation of liability

Tailo is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
