What we collect

When you use Tailo, you may upload a CV (PDF or text) and paste a job description. These are used solely to generate your tailored CV. We do not store your CV or job description after the tailoring session ends.

If you proceed to checkout, we collect your email address to associate your payment with your access session. This email is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your data is used

• Your CV text and job description are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce the tailored output. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to that processing.
• Your email, if provided at checkout, is used to verify your paid access.
• We collect anonymous analytics (page views, button clicks, Core Web Vitals) via a first-party analytics service. No cross-site tracking or advertising profiles are built.

Data retention

CV content and job descriptions are not persisted after processing. Email addresses associated with paid access are retained for as long as the access session is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

Tailo uses a single secure session cookie to track your access state (free tailoring used, paid plan active). No third-party advertising cookies are set.
